Every new Rad Power Bike includes:

2-year warranty on the frame and most original components.
Battery coverage for up to 300 charge cycles or 2 years, whichever comes first.
1-year warranty on select components and Rad-branded accessories.

Our team was trained by the former lead bike technician from Rad Power Bikes Vancouver store location. Every Rad Power Bike is professionally assembled, adjusted, and safety inspected by our experienced technicians before it leaves the shop, so it's ready to ride from day one.

Warranty Exclusions

The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, tubes, cables, cosmetic damage, or issues resulting from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
