Bike Rental Fine Print
We will accommodate to the best of our ability. If you happen to have any special requests or requirements for pick-up or drop-off (including times), please let us know.
Rider/Operator must be 16 years of age to rent an e-bike.
Helmets are provided; and encouraged
Bikes are equipped with locks and phone holder
Personal ID and credit card pre-authorization is required for rentals
Rentals are to be paid upfront for the full rental period
Rentals are to be returned in a similar and reasonable condition to avoid further charges
Rentals are to be returned on the agreed return date by 5pm to avoid late charges
Lost, stolen or irreparable items will be charged to the customer at regular product retail value
