Rad Power Bike Rentals

User must have a parent/guardian present (over 18 years of age) to sign paperwork. Friends don’t apply!
Rider/Operator must be 16 years of age to rent an e-bike.
Helmets are provided; and encouraged
Bikes are equipped with locks and phone holder
No rider is permitted to operate an electric bike under the age of 16 as per Canadian Law
Personal ID and credit card pre-authorization is required for rentals
Rentals are to be returned in a similar and reasonable condition to avoid further charges
Rentals are to be returned by 5pm to avoid late charges
Lost, stolen or irreparable items will be charged to the customer at regular product retail value
